复杂补水循环水系统浓缩倍数的计算

浓缩倍数是循环水场考核的重要指标，对复杂补水系统浓缩倍数往往难以准确计算。文章以中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司炼油厂五循为例，在不同水质补水比例变化及补充冷凝水的情况下，分析了不同浓缩倍数计算方法差别，提出了浓缩倍数的计算方法及考核指标的建议。

Calculation of Cycle of Concentration of Complicated Make-up Water in Cooling Water System

The cycle of concentration is an important factor in evaluation of the performance of cooling water system.In a case study of the 5th cooling water plant in the refinery of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company/SINOPEC,the differences of different methods for cycle of concentration calculation were analyzed for different make-up water qualifies at different make-up percentages and with the make-up of condensate water.The calculation methods for cycle of concentration and performance guarantees are proposed.
