基于VxWorks的无人直升机离合器自动接合系统设计

摘    要:无人直升机离合器的自动接合,是实现其自主起飞的关键步骤。为满足无人直升机带传动离合器接合的实际需要,提出了一种新的基于VxWorks的离合器自动结合系统方案,从驱动电路和应用层软件两个方面论述了该方案的设计思路。飞控计算机以发动机和旋翼的实时转速为反馈,根据预定逻辑对当前结合状态进行判断,并通过外接放大电路和驱动电路对离合器电机进行保护和控制,实现对离合器接合过程的监测和控制。通过实验验证了无人直升机离合器自动接合系统的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract:Clutch auto-engaging is a key process of unmanned helicopter to achieve automatic take off.To meet the requirement of a strap-drive clutch auto-engaging,and the design idea of the clutch auto-engaging is discussed on two aspects which were drive circuit and software design of application layer. Flight control computer estimates current status of clutch auto-engaging process accord to a prearrange logic which is based on the real-time rotate speed of the engine and the rotor,the computer which monitors the process of the clutch auto-engaging protects and controls the clutch motor through amplifier and drive circuit.The reliability and stability of unmanned helicopter clutch auto-engaging system were proved by experiments.
