马尾松树脂及其钙皂沉积性能的研究

摘    要:以塔罗油为模型物,在纸浆存在的条件下研究了钙皂的存在对树脂沉积的影响.研究结果表明,钙皂的存在是造成树脂沉积的重要原因.纸浆的存在影响到钙皂粒子的生成以及聚集过程从而减少树脂沉积.不同种类的纸浆对树脂沉积的影响不同,与化学浆相比,含细小纤维较多的CTMP的加入能更好地减少树脂沉积,而与充分洗涤的CTMP相比,未洗涤的CTMP对树脂沉积的影响更显著.

Abstract:Tall oil was used as a model compound to study the effects of calcium soap and the pulps on the pitch deposition. The results showed that the calcium soap was one of the important reasons that caused the pitch deposition. The pulp could affect the formation of calcium soap particles and reduce the pitch deposition. Less deposition was obtained with addition of CTMP containing more fines compared to the bleached chemical pulp, and less deposition was obtained with addition of unwashed CTMP than with addition of CTMP washed sufficiently.
