摘    要:对工业装置降低RFCC汽油烯烃含量的方法及操作条件的调整进行了分析.首先要使用降烯烃催化剂,其次采用降烯烃的生产工艺并合理地调整操作参数,可以把RFCC的汽油烯烃含量体积分数降低15%.使RFCC的汽油能够满足工厂汽油调和后出厂烯烃含量体积分数小于35%的要求,从而达到汽油新标准的要求.

Abstract:Analysis is made on the method and operation condition adjustment by the industrial refinery for reducing olefin content in RFCC gasoline. First the olefin-reducing catalyst is to be used, then the olefin-reducing production process is to be used and the operation parameters are to be adjusted reasonably, with which the olefin content in RFCC gasoline can be reduced by 15(V)%. This makes the RFCC gasoline meet the requirement of olefin content being lower than 35(V)% when it leaves refinery after blending, and thus meet the requirement by the new gasoline standard.
