苯基苄基甲酮肟的合成研究

摘    要:以苯乙腈、苯甲酸甲酯和盐酸羟胺为原料,制备了苯基苄基甲酮肟。在碱性条件下,采用Claisen缩合合成中间产物苯基-1-氰基苄基甲酮,不需分离,直接在48%氢溴酸水溶液中水解脱羧得到苯基苄基甲酮;然后在碱性条件下,与盐酸羟胺回流反应18 h,经处理得白色结晶,产率为85.5%。经红外、核磁和元素分析等波谱鉴定了目标分子的结构。该法反应条件温和,产率高,原料易得,操作简单。

Abstract:Phenyl benzyl ketone oxime was prepared from phenylacetonitrile,methyl benzoate and hydroxylamine hydrochloride.In the reaction process,the intermediate phenyl-1-nitrilebenzyketone obtained by Claisen condesation under alkaline condition was not separated from the reaction mixture and directly used to synthesize phenyl benzyl ketone by hydrolyzing in 48% HBr solution.The white crystal product was obtained through the reaction between phenyl benzyl ketone and hydroxylamine hydrochloride at reflux for 18 h under basic condition in nitrogen atmosphere.The yield was 85.6%.The target compound was characterized by elemental analysis(EA),~1H NMR and FT IR.The method had the advantages of mild reaction conditions,high yield,cheap materials and simple operation.
