应急多方话务通信方案设计

Abstract:To solve the problem that conventional communication network can not be used in outburst geological disasters, this paper proposes a scheme of real time multi user voice communication based on embedded micro processor OMAP5912.In the scheme,Ad Hoc network is built based on WiFi wireless network card, voice input and output is realized by AIC23,and real-time multi-user voice communication is accomplished by adopting dynamic multi user voice decoding algorithm. Tests show that the scheme supports multi point to multi point real time voice chat,has only about 60ms voice delay,and can be applied in emergency voice communication.
