摘    要:继国务院发出《有色金属产业调整和振兴规划》,2010年8月10日,工信部和科技部联合发出《赤泥综合利用指导意见》,要求:提高赤泥综合利用率和综合利用技术水平,减少赤泥堆存对环境、安全造成的影响,促进赤泥综合利用工作。传统陶瓷轻质砖如抛光废渣陶瓷轻质砖和页岩陶瓷轻质砖存在保温效果差,抗折强度低,抗静电能力差等弱点,利用拜耳法炼铝赤泥改性抛光废渣轻质陶瓷砖进行了研究探索,并在佛山石湾鹰牌有限公司生产线上制得了样品。

Abstract:Following the State Council issued a "non--ferrous metals industry restructuring and revitalization plan", August 10, 2010, the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Science jointly issued a "guidance on the comprehensive utilization of red mud", request: to improve the comprehensive utilization and comprehensive utilization of red mud technology to reduce red mud dumps on the environment, security implications, and promote comprehensive utilization of red mud. Meanwhile, the traditional ceramic light ceramic tiles such as polishing .residue shale lightweight ceramic tiles and insulation light the existence of bad blocks, bending slightly lower capacity and poor antistatic weaknesses, this paper Bayer process red mud modified aluminum lightweight ceramic tile polishing waste were investigated to explore, and in the production line Shiwan Eagle Limited had been prepared samples.
