校企合作与教学-技能“双师型”教师的培养

摘    要:通过对"双师型"教师内涵的剖析,及对高职教育人才培养的目标、校企合作过程中所遇知识与能力结构等多角度的研讨,认为校企合作与教学-技能"双师型"教师的培养体系构建,应该从学校人事体制的改革与政府建立"双师型"教师的培养体系入手,为学校提供"双师型"教师队伍建设的法律依据与基础保障;学校在"双师型"教师的培养过程中,要注重教师教育职业与工程实践敏感性培养,职业通用技能的训练,提高教师在校企合作中的工程可融入能力,构建科学合理的"双师型"教师队伍。

Abstract:With analysis of the requirements of the double-qualified faculty,the objective of higher education for vocational graduates,the relationship between knowledge and abilities,this paper concludes the necessity of reforming the current faculty administration and establishing a governmental system for cultivating the double-qualified faculty.Colleges need to focus on teachers' sense of engineering practice and vocational abilities.The cooperation between enterprise and college conduces to the improvement of double-qualified faculty.
