残留催化剂对呋喃树脂旧砂及其再生砂强度的影响

摘    要:本文通过试验比较了以磷酸作催化剂和以对甲苯磺酸作催化剂、不同受热温度下的呋喃树脂旧砂的固化动态和固化强度;借助扫描电镜和能谱分析仪对不同旧砂粒表面进行了观察和能谱分析;就残留催化剂和其分解物影响呋喃树脂旧砂及其再生砂的固化速度和固化强度的原因作了较深层次的研究和探讨。

Abstract:The curing process and cured strength of the used sands heated by different temperature used phosphoric acid(H_3PO_4)and paratoluene sulphonic acid (PTSA) as catalyst were compared by test. The different used sands were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and were analysed by energy level equipment. The causes that residual catalysts affect the curing velocity and cured strength of used sand bonded with furan resin and reclaimed furan sand were studied and discussed deeply.
