常州市普通高校体育师资队伍现状的调查分析

本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和综合分析法，对常州市普通高校体育教师队伍现状进行研究与分析。研究结果表明，常州市高等体育教育教师队伍年龄结构逐步趋向合理，学历层次偏低，绝大多数教师具有本科学历;体育教师中具有教授职称的人数少，合理的教师职称结构尚未形成;体育教师科研相对薄弱，还没有形成稳定的科研骨干队伍。
