| 摘 要： | 本文采用超临界流体技术对小茴香进行了萃取，考察了不同萃取条件下萃取物的性质，用GC～MS对提取物主要化学成分进行了鉴定，与溶剂浸提法所得的结果进行了对比。并进行了卷烟加香加料试验，旨在探索天然烟用香料的加工方法。
