摘    要:针对小型河流、人工湖和水上游乐场等场所的水面垃圾清理问题,提出一种机动灵活、作业效率高、外型美观的小型水面垃圾清理机器人设计方案.对船体、垃圾收集舱、动力装置、捕捞机构和控制舱等机械结构进行设计,并对样机进行室内水池和室外人工湖的清理测试.测试结果表明:机器人能在狭小或较浅且有水草分布的水域快速达到水面垃圾处,能将漂浮垃圾打捞到垃圾收集舱并运至指定地点,具有结构简单、成本低廉的特点,有一定实用价值和市场前景.

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of cleaning water-surface garbage in small rivers, artificial lakes and water playgrounds, a kind of miniature clean-up robot with flexible operation, high efficiency and good appearance is proposed. The structure of the robot was designed, including hull, garbage collection bin, power device, salvaging device, control cabin and so on. The prototype is made and placed in indoor pool and artificial lake for testing. The test results prove that the robot can quickly reach the location of surface-water garbage in narrow water area or shallow water area with aquatics, then it can salvage floating garbage into the garbage collection bin, and take it to the designated location. The inexpensive robot with simple structure has a certain practical value and market prospects.
