摘    要:针对牵引火炮在行军过程中连续制动导致的制动器温升安全隐患,利用红外测温技术、单片机技术、无线传输技术,设计一种基于红外传感器的牵引火炮制动器温升监测报警系统.分析系统的总体设计、硬件设计、软件设计,进行了温度补偿试验.试验结果表明:该系统可较为准确地测试制动器温度升高情况,操作简单,实用性强,为监测和消除因温度升高导致的制动安全隐患提供了新手段.

Abstract:In allusion to the safe risk of brake's temperature rise of towed gun's brake caused by continuous braking in the marching, designs a monitoring and alarm system for temperature rise of towed gun's brake based on infrared sensor, utilizing the technology of infrared temperature measurement, microcontroller and wireless transmission. Analyze the overall design of the system, hardware design, software design and carry out temperature compensation tests. The result shows the system which has high precision and simple operation can correctly monitor real-time temperature situation of the brake. It greatly improves the equipment life, reduces the security risk in the marching, and has a strong practicability, provides the new method for monitoring and eliminating the risk of braking safety due to rising temperature.
