| 摘 要： | 为保证油料保障能力评估过程的科学性和评估结果的可靠性,在建立油料保障能力评估指标体系的基础上,利用层次分析法获取指标权重,构建基于云模型和层次分析法的评估模型,并结合实例分析验证.结果表明:该方法能直观准确地反映油料保障能力,有效克服模糊性和随机性对评估的影响,为油料保障能力评估提供了理论参考.

| Abstract: | To ensure the scientific and reliability evaluation result of POL support ability evaluation process,based on establishing POL support ability index system,use AHP to get the index weight and concrete the evaluation model based on cloud model and AHP.And verify it by example.The results show that the method can intuitively and accurately reflect the POL support ability,effectively overcome the impact of fuzziness and randomness on evaluation,it provides reference to evaluation of POL support ability. |
