| 摘 要： | 针对建筑物裂缝鉴定分析的必要性,结合某住宅楼工程实例,对该建筑物的混凝土、砖和砂浆强度以及地基强度进行了检测,通过分析鉴定了裂缝原因,采用注浆技术进行了加固施工,从而保证了该建筑物的结构安全。

| Abstract: | According to the necessity of the evaluation analysis of building crack,combined with a residential building project,it tests the strength of concrete,blocks,mud and the base of a building.Through the analysis,it appraises the reasons of crack and makes reinforcement by grouting technology,so that the structure safety is guaranteed. |
