| 摘 要： | 优先发展公共交通是解决大城市交通拥堵问题,建设节约型城市交通系统的重要措施．目前的公交服务水平影响了公交对于居民出行的吸引力．本文基于可靠度理论的研究,从不同角度对公共交通系统的运行时间、等候时间和服务质量的可靠度进行了分析,并建立了相应的模型,以期对公共交通系统研究和政府制定政策提供参考．

| Abstract: | It is a very important measure to give privrities of developing public transportation for resolving the problem of traffic jam and constructing abstemious urban transport system. But low service level of public transportation affects its appeal to citizens' travel. Based on the reliability theory, the reliability of schedule waiting-time and service of public transportation has been analyzed from different points and the correlative model has been made. |
