| 摘 要： | 基于GIS理论和方法,运用二次开发技术将MapX控件嵌入到面向对象的开发语言Delphi中,并结合电子地图数据管理方法、视频监控技术以及数据通讯技术,初步实现了边防管理信息系统建设.

| Abstract: | Based on the GIS theory and method,the authors applied the secondary development technology to embedding the MapX controls into Delphi,the object-oriented development language.Combined with the electron map data management method,the video frequency monitoring technology as well as the data communication technology,the border defense management information system was preliminarily constructed. |
