甘蔗条螟的人工饲养技术研究

摘    要:研究了甘蔗条螟不同饲养方法对其生长发育生物学指标的影响。结果表明:甘蔗苗叶片作为卵卡在产卵量和孵化率方面均明显高于蜡纸和白纸,而蜡纸和白纸之间无显著性差异。在湿度为60%~80%时,甘蔗条螟卵孵化率随相对湿度升高而提高。用养虫盒饲养甘蔗条螟所得幼虫各指标优于试管和玻璃缸饲养。甘蔗条螟经室内人工饲养4代后,各项生物学指标稳定,种群未出现退化现象。本研究结果为室内大规模饲养甘蔗条螟提供了技术支持。

Studies on Artificial Rearing of Proceras venosatum Walker
Abstract:The paper studied the different raising methods aboutProceras venosatum Walker and the effects on their growth and development. The results showed that sugarcane seedlings were better than wax papers and blank papers as spawning cards, while the two latter were not significantly different. Egg hatching rates were increasing with the relative humidity which was within 60%~80%. Growth indexes of larvae raising using raising boxes were better than test tube and fiberglass. After raising in lab for 4 generations, the biological indicators ofProceras venosatum were stable. The study provided a technological support for lab raising of Proceras venosatum.
