| 摘 要： | 要合理标注零件尺寸,首先要对零件进行功能分析,正确选择尺寸基准,将零件的功能尺寸直接标出,根据工艺要求考虑零件非功能尺寸的标注,此外标注零件尺寸时,不能注成封闭的尺寸链。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the author throughly analyzes the design and functions of machine parts, proposes that the key sizes of machine parts should be directly indicated first and the important surface should be marked with the reference of major dimensions. Both the technological process and the procedure of indication dimensions should be considered. All of these are of great significance. |
