摘 要: | 通过理论计算和试验进行了柴油机配气机构动力学特性研究。基于多体系统动力学理论,对配气系统动态特性进行了仿真计算,同时构建了配气机构动态测试系统,进行了参数同步测量试验。结果表明,仿真模拟与试验测量的气门运动曲线变化规律基本吻合,测试结果与模拟计算结果具有一致性,确认了模拟计算的有效性。

Abstract: | Study on the dynamic characteristics of the diesel engine valve train through simulation and experiments. Based on multi-mass system dynamics theory, the dynamic characteristics of the valve train were simulated, and the dynamic testing system of the valve system was constructed. The results show that the test results are in agreement with the simulation results, and the validity of the simulation is confirmed. |
