摘    要:磨粒流挤磨加工是一种以不改变零件材料物理特性为前提,以获得极限的表面粗糙度和表面完整性为目标的新型、高效、精密加工方法,对于该方法加工效率及加工质量的评价尚无很好的理论依据。针对孔的磨粒流挤磨加工进行研究,建立了加工过程材料的切除模型和表面粗糙度分析模型,并与文献中的试验数据进行对比,发现二者在趋势上很相符。论文为磨粒流挤磨加工的评价方法提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Abrasive flow machining (A FM) is a new method for precision machining with high efficiency. This method aims at generating surfaces with great surface roughness and integrity on the basis of little change on physical properties of the material. However, there is no sufficient theoretical basis for the assessment of machining efficiency and quality. This paper mainly deals with theoretical analysis abrasive flow of holes machining mechanism, Models for theoretical analysis of material removal and surface roughness during abrasive flow machining process are established. Comparisons are made between theoretical datum and experimental results available in the literature, and the results show that they consistent with each other well. This paper provides a theoretical basis for assessment of AFM to some extent.
