基于燃油添加剂颗粒过滤器再生的研究

摘    要:一种采用Ce/Fe燃油添加剂联合碳化硅壁流式过滤器再生方式被发展,在15 mg/kg Ce/Fe燃油添加剂加入含硫量300 mg/kg柴油的情况下进行发动机台架试验,过滤器在排气温度为420℃时取得了连续再生,但不能在全部运行条件下获得安全再生。通过进气节流修正发动机低负荷低转速工况下的排气温度MAP图,过滤器进行欧洲稳态测试循环再生试验,其前后端平均压差为170 mbar,在全部运行工况下实现了安全稳定再生。

Abstract:A regeneration method combined Ce/Fe fuel additive with silicon carbide wall-flow monolith filter was development. The results of experiment based engine bench show that continuous regeneration can be achieved when Ce/Fe fuel additive dosing rate is as low as 15ppm in diesel fuel with sulfur level 300ppm by weight and exhaust gas temperature reaches 420℃, however, does not happen in all operation conditions. By modifying exhaust gas temperature MAP in low loads and low speeds through inlet throttling, continuous regeneration of filter can be achieved in European Steady Test Cycle, the average pressure drop across filter is 170mbar.
