防渗碳碱性无氰镀铜新工艺

摘    要:介绍了一种实用性防渗碳无氰碱性镀铜新工艺,先进行预镀铜,再进行柠檬酸盐镀铜。给出了工艺流程及工艺规范。经生产实践证明,该工艺操作简单,镀液维护方便,镀层细致、均匀,结合力强。该工艺复合环保要求,可以取代防渗碳氰化镀铜工艺。

Abstract:A new practical process of alkaline non-cyanide copper plating for preventing carburization was introduced. In the process, the first step is copper pre-plating followed by copper plating from citrate bath. The process flow and criterion were presented. The practical experience shows that the process is easy to operate and simple to maintain. The deposit is fine and even and has good adhesion. The process satisfies the demands of environmental protection and can replaces the cyanide copper plating for preventing carburization.
