Research on the Design Management in Industrial Groups in the Pearl River Delta--On the Design Management of Medium and Small Enterprises in Professional Towns

Analyzing the present state and character, the advantages and the problems of professional towns in the Pearl River Delta, this paper explores the characters of design management in medium and small enterprises in professional towns. It was suggested that enhancing the research and implement of design management should be an effective method of improving their competition abilities of medium and small enterprises. A deep consideration was taken about the development strategy of industrial design in medium and small enterprises.
