| 摘 要： | 公伯峡水电站建设中，设立设计监理机制后，在设计优化、投资控制、改善运行条件等方面取得了较好成效。该电站设计监理的组成、工作依据、运行方式等，对其他水电工程有参考借鉴作用。建议今后在可研(初设)阶段就建立设计监理机制，提前对设计产品进行监督，同时着手进行设计监理规范化工作。 |

| Abstract: | In the construction of Gongboxia Hydropower Station, good effectiveness has been gained in the aspects of design optimization, investment control and operation condition improvement after the mechanism of design supervision set up. The organization, working basis and operation mode of design supervision for the station could be used for reference in other similar hydropower projects. Suggest that from now on design supervision mechanism should be established in the feasibility study stage in order to supervise the design product in advance and the standardization work of design supervision also should be made at the same time. |
