| 摘 要： | 蛇腹式弹性夹具用于加工齿轮时撑紧工件的内孔，从而可提高齿坯精车和插齿工序的定位精度。文中简要阐述了该夹具的设计原理及制造工艺。实践表明，在齿轮制造中应用这种夹具，对齿轮制造行业贯彻执行ＧＢ１００９５－８８渐开线圆柱齿轮精度标准有着十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The fixture is used to support the bore of workpiece during gear cutting, and working accuracy in fine turning of gear blanks and positioning accuracy gear shaping are improved. In the article, the design principle and manufacturing process are given. Its applications showed that is very important for gear manufacturers confirming cylindrical involute gear accuracy to the GB 10095-88 standard. |
