| Abstract: | It is a new method of self-learning error compensation. Based on the change of position errors in servo device and the changing rate and by use of fuzzy role and inference, the primary correcting value is given. The self-learning and self-correcting is used to produce position error correcting table. The method is successfully used to compensation of position error compensation in open loop position error compensating. |
