摘    要:霞石微晶玻璃是一种新型的无机非金属功能材料,具有良好的绝缘性。本工作以Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统为基础,制备出霞石微晶玻璃,并研究了基玻璃微晶化热处理过程对霞石微晶玻璃试样电阻率的影响,得到了制备高电阻率试样的最佳热处理工艺参数。

Abstract:Nepheline glass ceramics was a new type of functional nonmetallic inorganic material, and possessed fine insulation. The nepheline glass ceramics was prepared on the basis of Na 2O Al 2O 3 SiO 2 system. The research for the effect of heat treatment process of parent glass ceramillization on sample's resistivity of nepheline glass ceramics had been carried out in this paper. The optimun heat treatment parameters of preparing high resistivity sample had been obtained.
