| Abstract: | Blends of starch and inorganic salts owns theoritical and practical significance in paper making,leather,textile,food industries and medicine.This paper briefly introduced international investigation on interactions between starches and inorgnic salts,and discussed the effects on gelatinization and rheological properties of starches. |
