新型环孔雾化喷嘴

摘    要:设计了一组多次聚焦环孔喷嘴,并进行了小批量雾化试验。结果表明,就细粉收得率而言,双聚焦喷嘴高于单聚焦喷嘴。三次聚焦喷嘴高于双聚焦喷嘴,四次聚焦喷嘴效果最好。在相同的压力下,四次聚焦喷嘴所得粉末的平均粒径d50为150μm,而单聚焦喷嘴所得粉末的d50为362μm。

Abstract:A group of atomizing nozzls with ring holes for multiple focusing has been designed and pilot atomizing experiments have been made.Results have shown that,as for the fine powder collection rate concerned,the nozzle with double focusing is higher than the one with single focusing,and the nozzle with ternary focusing is higher than the one with double focusing.The nozzle with quartic focusing has optimum result.Under the condition of same pressure,the mean particle size diameter d 50 atomized by the nozzle with quartic focusing decreases to 150μm and that of the nozzle with single focusing is 362μm
