安全阀公称流量试验台设计研究

摘    要:随着煤矿大采高综放系统的应用越来越广泛,立柱安全阀额定流量的需求也在不断增大。公称流量启溢闭性能是安全阀的主要性能指标,其高压、大流量、高压力梯度的测试要求使得测试平台的建设难度较高。针对此问题,设计测试平台的方案,通过理论计算得出蓄能器组、增压缸和开关阀等设备的关键参数;然后通过AMESim和Fluent仿真验证了平台方案和设备参数的可行性;最后建设了3 000 L/min安全阀测试平台,通过试验验证了测试平台能够满足标准要求。

Abstract:The demand for the nominal flow of the leg safety valve is increasing,with the application of large mining height fully-mechanized face becomes more and more widespread.The nominal flow opening,overflow and closing performance is the main performance indicator of the safety valves, the test requirements for high pressure,large flow and high pressure gradient make the construction of the testbench more difficult.In view of this problem,a solution of the testbench was designed,and the key parameters of accumulator,cylinder and two-port valve were obtained through theoretical calculation.The feasibility of the testbench solution and the parameters of equipments were verified by AMESim and Fluent simulations.Finally,the 3 000 L/min safety valve testbench was built,and the testbench could satisfy the standard requirements through experiments.
