基于差值思想的母线分布式光伏辨识方法

摘    要:利用不同自然日负荷间的相似性与差异性,提出一种基于负荷曲线间差值的母线分布式光伏无监督辨识方法。首先,采用模糊C-均值算法,根据外部环境因素将各自然日分为不同集合及子集。然后,求取子集间的平均集中式光伏出力差值曲线和平均净负荷差值曲线,利用相关性分析和集合经验模态分解进行差值曲线的筛选和滤波。最后,利用两差值曲线幅值之比和光伏模型求解母线分布式光伏安装情况及各时段出力,算例结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the similarity and difference of various daily loads, this paper proposes an unsupervised identification method of distributed photovoltaic (PV) for bus based on the difference between load curves. Firstly, the natural days are divided into different sets and subsets based on the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm according to the external environmental conditions. The difference curves of average centralized PV and average net load between subsets are obtained, and the difference curves are selected and filtered according to correlation analysis and ensemble empirical mode decomposition. Finally, the installation and the outputs of distributed PV in different periods are calculated by using the ratio of the amplitudes of two difference curves and the PV model. Example results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
