我国地质勘查行业科技创新能力建设路径探讨

摘    要:在实施生态文明建设战略的大背景下,为实现经济从高速增长转向高质量发展,地质勘查行业高质量发展是其中重要一环,要想实现高质量发展必须进行科技创新能力建设。地勘科技创新能力建设的内容包括人才、装备、资金投入、机制体制、创新平台等。本文为深入了解当前我国地勘行业科技创新能力建设的基础,对地勘行业的科技创新投入、人才水平、专利情况和管理创新等优势进行了阐述,并在问卷调查的基础上汇总分析了地勘行业科技创新能力建设存在的问题,从而提出完善我国地勘行业科技创新能力建设的相关对策建议。

Abstract:Under the background of implementing the strategy of ecological civilization construction, the high-quality development of geological exploration industry is an important part of realizing the transition from high-speed economic growth to high-quality development. The content of scientific and technological innovation capacity construction of the geological exploration industry includes talents, equipment, capital investment, mechanism and system, innovation platform. Then we introduce investment in scientific and technological innovation, the geological exploration industry level of talent, patent situation and management innovation in this industry. Through questionnaire survey, we summarize the problems of scientific and technological innovation capacity construction of the geological exploration industry, and put forward the related countermeasures and suggestions how to perfect such capacity .
