摘    要:为研究小水电工程对黄尾河流域生态水文效应的影响,以黄尾河水文站1972~2011年逐日平均流量和输沙率资料为基础,利用M-K法、滑动T检验法和差积曲线法确定突变年份为1998年,并用IHA法评价小水电工程修建后黄尾河下游河道径流的变化,利用双累积曲线法分析水沙变化趋势。结果表明,小水电工程的修建使黄尾河下游年均径流量和输沙量有所减小,水沙关系发生较大变化,水文指标整体改变度为63.2%,为中度改变,且各月生态流量皆低于RVA下限。研究结果为黄尾河流域生态水文变化需求提供了参考依据。

Abstract:To study the impact of small hydropower projects on the eco-hydrological effects of the Huangwei River Basin,based on the daily average flow and sediment transport rate data of the Huangwei River Hydrological Station from1972 to 2011,M-K method,sliding T-test method and difference product curve method were used to determine the sudden change year as 1998.The IHA method was adopted to evaluate the change of runoff in the lower reaches of the Huangwei River after the construction of the small hydropower project.The double cumulative curve method was used to analyze the flow-sediment variation.The results show that the construction of small hydropower projects has reduced the annual average runoff and sediment transport in the lower reaches of the Huangwei River,and the relationship between water and sediment has changed greatly.The overall change in hydrological indicators is 63.2%,which is moderately changed,and the monthly ecological flow is below the lower limit of RVA.The research results provide a reference for the ecological and hydrological change needs of the Huangwei River Basin.
