浑水进口位置对分离鳃的水沙分离效率的影响

摘    要:为探明浑水进口位置对分离鳃水沙分离效率的影响,对分离鳃和普通管开展动水循环条件下7种不同浑水进口位置的水沙分离试验。研究结果表明,分离鳃的水沙分离效率均比普通管高,不同浑水进口位置的水沙分离效率是普通管的1.23~3.87倍;当浑水进口位置距离分离鳃底部480、580、760mm时,水沙分离效率随时间的变化规律包括缓慢增大、快速增大及缓慢增大三个阶段,而其他工况下仅有缓慢增大阶段;浑水进口位置距离分离鳃底部为760mm时,水沙分离效率最高,其值为34.12%。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of inlet location of muddy water on water-sediment separation efficiency of gill-piece separation device (GPSD), seven different inlet locations of muddy water of water-sediment separation efficiency test were carried out for GPSD and gill-duct at the condition of the water cycle. The results indicate that the water-sediment separation efficiency of the GPSD is higher than that of gill-duct; The water-sediment separation efficiency of different inlet location of muddy water is 1.23-3.87 times than that of gill-duct; When the inlet location of muddy water is 480, 580 and 760 mm away from the bottom of the GPSD, the water-sediment separation efficiency changes with time, including three stages: slow increase, rapid increase and slow increase. In other conditions, it only increases slowly; The inlet location of muddy water is 760 mm away from the bottom of the GPSD, the water-sand separation efficiency is the highest, up to 34.12%.
