摘    要:为了探究供水泵站变频调速系统的最佳节能运行方式,以单方水耗电量为考核目标,通过对供水系统工作原理的分析,并以供水泵站设备及系统实测数据为依据,利用Matlab软件拟合数学方程及曲线,以沧州泊头供水泵站为例,分析了供水系统能量损失原因及能量损失分布情况,提出了相同工况不同运行方式下的效率模型,计算并比较不同方案的单方水耗电量,确定了最佳运行方案。结果表明,相同工况下选择最优运行方案可达到提高供水效率,降低能耗的目的。

Research on Energy-Saving Operation of Variable Frequency Speed Regulation System for Water Supply Pump Station
Abstract:In order to explore the optimized energy-saving operation mode of variable frequency speed regulation system for water supply pump station, taking unilateral water consumption as the assessment target, the operation principle of water supply system was analyzed. Based on the measured data of the water supply pump station system, the Matlab was used to fit the mathematical equations and curves. Taking the Botou water supply pump station in Cangzhou as an example, the energy loss and distribution of the water supply system were analyzed. The efficiency model was put forward under the same operating conditions. The unilateral water consumption of different schemes was calculated and compared, and the optimal operation scheme was determined. The results show that the optimal operation scheme under the same working conditions can improve the efficiency of water supply and reduce energy consumption.
