基于聚类与主成分分析的城市节水型社会建设差异性分析

摘    要:为明晰节水型社会试点城市下阶段的建设重点以及为后续试点城市提供经验,分别分析了16个节水型社会试点城市节水型社会建设的前一年、建设试点期结束的后一年及2015年的差异性,构建了城市类型和节水型社会建设影响因素两个指标体系,采用聚类分析法将16个试点城市分为A、B、C三类,应用主成分分析法得到各类城市节水型社会建设的主要影响因素。除污水情况和供用水公共设施建设对所有类型城市影响较大外,对于A类城市,生活社会规模的影响较大,农业社会规模的影响可不予考虑;农业、工业社会规模对B类城市影响较大;农业社会规模和城市环境绿化对C类城市影响较大。

Abstract:In order to clarify the construction focus of the next phase of the pilot cities of water-saving society and provide experience for the follow-up pilot cities, 16 pilot cities of water-saving society were selected as research objects for the regional differences in the construction of water-saving society. The difference analysis was carried out among the year before the construction of the water-saving society, the year after the completion of the construction pilot period and 2015. Two index systems of urban type and influencing factors of water-saving society construction were constructed. Cluster analysis method was adopted to divide 16 pilot cities into three categories. Principal component analysis method was applied to obtain the main influencing factors of water-saving society construction of various cities. Sewage conditions and the construction of public facilities for water supply have a greater impact on all types of cities. For type A cities, the scale of living society has a greater impact, and the impact of the scale of agricultural society can be ignored. The scale of agriculture and industrial society has a greater impact on type B cities. The scale of agricultural society and the greening of urban environment have a greater impact on type C cities.
