乳粉中烟酸和烟酰胺含量测定能力验证结果与分析

摘    要:目的设计组织乳粉中烟酸、烟酰胺含量测定能力验证项目,评价实验室检测配方乳粉中烟酸、烟酰胺的技术能力和水平。方法考核样品中的烟酸、烟酰胺在P0.05显著水平时是否均匀,且在整个计划周期内稳定、满足能力验证的要求。通过实施本次能力验证计划,采用Z比分法对来自20个省(自治区)、直辖市的49家实验室的测定结果和检测能力进行评价。结果在参加实验室中,烟酸、烟酰胺初测满意率为91.8%,补测后总体满意率为100%。结论所有参加实验室检测能力结果满意,表明乳粉中烟酸、烟酰胺检测水平总体良好。对离群结果进行技术分析,可以帮助实验室查找原因并进行整改。

Abstract:Objective To assess the proficiency and level of the laboratories by designing and organizing the proficiency testing program for the determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in formula milk powder. Methods The uniform at the significant level of P<0.05 and the stablity in the whole planning period of the amount of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in the samples were investigated, and the results meet the requirements of proficiency testing. Though designing and organizing the proficiency testing program, the results and the measurement performance for determining nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in milk powder were assessed using robust z-scores. Results In all of the laboratories participated in the determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide, the first satisfactory rate were 91.8%, while the total satisfactory rate were 100 % after the last testing. Conclusion All the participant laboratories pass the test with satisfactory results, indicating that the determination of nicotinic acid and nicotinamide in milk powder shows an overall good level. By analyzing the outlier results help laboratories find the reasons and carry out rectification.
