不同方法检测食品中对羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂

摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)检测对羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法对样品中对羟基苯甲酸酯类进行测定,并比较此方法与标准中规定的气相色谱(gas chromatography,GC)法之间的差异。结果气相色谱法和液相色谱法测定对羟基苯甲酸酯类线性范围均良好,气相色谱法加标回收率在82.3%~111.3%之间,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)在1.8%~5.2%之间,高效液相色谱法加标回收率在85.4%~107.0%之间,RSD在0.2%~0.6%之间,且高效液相色谱法中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯类的检出限分别为0.04、0.06、0.09、0.16mg/kg,定量限分别为0.1、0.2、0.3、0.5mg/kg,均低于气相色谱法的检出限和定量限。结论 HPLC法具有简单快速、灵敏度高等优点,能够满足饮料类食品检测及安全的需要,为防腐剂的检测提供了实用的技术手段。

Abstract:Objective To establish a rapid, accurate and high sensitivity method for determine of paraben preservatives by HPLC . Method HPLC method was used to determine paraben, and was compared with the GC method specified in the standard. Result The linear range of paraben was good by GC and HPLC.The standard recovery rate of GC ranged from 82.3% to 111.3% with a RSD of 1.8% to 5.2%. While the standard recovery rate of HPLC ranged from 85.4% to 107.0% with a RSD of 0.2% to 0.6%. The detection limits of paraben in HPLC were 0.1 mg/kg, 0.2mg/kg, 0.3mg/kg and 0.5mg/kg, and the quantitative limits were 0.1 mg/kg, 0.2mg/kg, 0.3mg/kg and 0.5mg/kg, which were all lower than those of GC. Conclusion The determination of paraben by HPLC has the advantages of simple, fast and high sensitivity, which can meet the needs of food detection and safety, and provides practical technical means for the detection of preservatives.
