摘    要:目前西江上游水库群在汛末蓄水期难以蓄满,直接影响其在供水期的综合效益。为此,建立了基于发电、蓄水和生态的多目标优化调度模型,采用逐次逼近动态规划方法进行求解,得到2011~2017年的水库群联合蓄水优化调度过程。结果表明,龙滩水库的蓄水与天生桥一级水库的蓄水具有同步性;因光照水库为龙头水库、岩滩水库开始蓄水时间比其他水库晚,故两水库蓄水受其他水库的影响较小。对于特枯年份,需提前水库群开始蓄水时间及抬高起蓄水位才能蓄满。

Research on Joint Optimal Impounding Operation of Reservoir Group in Upper Reaches of Xijiang River Basin
Abstract:The impounding operation of cascade reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Xijiang River basin are challenging, which hinders the comprehensive benefits during the non flood season. A multi objective optimal operation model is established considering power generation, impoundment and ecology, and dynamic programming successive approximation (DPSA) is used to derive the optimal impoundment trajectories for 2011 2017. The results show that the impounding rates of Longtan and the first cascade Tianshengqiao reservoir are synchronous. Because Guangzhao reservoir is a leading reservoir and the start time of impounding of Yantan Reservoir is later than that of other reservoirs, impounding of the two reservoirs are less affected by other reservoirs. For the extreme dry years, advancing the start time and raising the start water level are needed to refill the cascade reservoirs.
