基于温控仿真的热带地区常态混凝土重力坝施工期温控防裂研究

摘    要:鉴于热带地区气候条件下的温控防裂研究成果较少的问题,以洪都拉斯某常态混凝土重力坝为例进行三维有限元温控仿真防裂研究,发现方案1的最高温度和最大应力均超标,方案2的最高温度和最大应力均满足要求;溢流坝段下游侧反弧段常态混凝土部位易产生大拉应力,应采取相应温控防裂措施。研究成果可为热带地区大体积常态混凝土重力坝的温控防裂提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the lack of research results on temperature control and crack prevention in tropical areas, a three-dimensional finite element simulation study on temperature control and crack prevention for a normal concrete gravity dam in Honduras was conducted. It was found that the maximum temperature and maximum stress in plan 1 exceeded the standard, while the maximum temperature and maximum stress in plan 2 met the requirements. The normal concrete of the downstream side of the spillway section is prone to generate large tensile stress, and the corresponding measures should be taken for temperature control and crack prevention. The research results provide a reference for temperature control of mass conventional concrete gravity dam in tropical regions.
