高炉矿渣微细粉的粉体特性研究

摘    要:采用球磨机磨制了比表面积为211~930 m~2/kg的矿渣微细粉体,并对其粉体特性进行了研究,所测性能包括:自然堆积密度、振实密度、安息角、粉体单面剪切和粉体的受压应力-应变性能,并对实验数据进行了数学分析处理。结果表明:矿渣粉体是一种具有粘聚性的库仑粉体,其内摩擦系数和可压缩性高于一般的无机粉体在矿渣粉磨生产线的设计和生产过程中,应对矿渣粉磨时的粉体解聚、料仓的防拱和容量计算等采取相应的措施。

Abstract:The characteristics of the ground-granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS) particles are studied. The particles are perpared with a standard Φ 500mm ×500mm hall mill. The Blaine specific surface area of the ground products ranges from 211 to 930m2/kg. The natural packing density, packing density after vertical vibration , stopping angle, single-face shear stress under compression and the relationship between compression stress and compression ratio are measured. The experimental data are analyzed with the curvilinear regression method. The results show that the GGBFS powder is a typical coulomb powder with higher cohesion and compressibility in comparison to other ordinary inorganic powders and special concerns should be taken in the design and construction of the GGBFS production line in order to prevent agglomeration of the GGBFS in grind ing process and forming blocks in pipes and silos.
