Evaluating the clinical supervisee: A survey of practices in graduate training programs.

Surveyed 71 directors of clinical training regarding practices for providing evaluation and feedback to clinical supervisees. Results indicate that routinely scheduled evaluations of trainee progress are a widespread practice.
