柴油机燃用液化石油气的试验研究

摘    要:液化石油气不易被压燃,因此本实验采用组合燃烧的方式.在S195柴油机的基础上,增加了一套液化石油气供气系统及控制系统,实现了在柴油机中燃用液化石油气.在不同的工况下,对烧纯柴油的发动机与掺烧液化石油气时发动机的负荷特性进行了对比,结果表明,在柴油机中掺烧液化石油气时其动力性、经济性均有所下降.针对这个问题,本文分析了其原因,并提出了几点改善液化石油气发动机的燃烧性能与工作性能的措施.

Abstract:The LPG is not prone to compression ignite,so we use combinational combustion quomodo in our experiment.A gas injection system and control system have been added to the S195 diesel engine,thus combusting LPG in a diesel engine is achieved.A comparison on load characteristic between a diesel engine and a LPG engine at different speed shows that the power performance and the economic performance of the LPG engine all worsen.The paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward several suggestions to improve the combustion performance and the work performance of the LPG engine.
