摘    要:开展了渗调技术提高烟草种子抵御吸胀冷害能力的机理及生产应用研究,结果表明:PEG渗调能显著减少种子内含物的外渗,经过0℃的低温吸胀后渗调过的种子水解酶和细胞保护酶在萌发期间仍能保持较高且稳定的活性;将渗调与种子包衣技术相结合,在田间低温吸胀的情况下,渗调包衣种子出苗率显著提高,成苗期显著提早,成苗素质得到显著改善。

Abstract:Study was executed to discover the mechanism and application that osmoconditioning enhance tobacco seed's ability to resisit imbitional chilling injury. Polyethylene glycol (PEG)'s osmoconditioning effect on exosmosis of seed inclusion was detected in our experiments, we had determined the activity of connected enzymes in osmoconditioned seeds that had imbibed under chill condition; and growth date, seedling quality were also investigated. The results showed that PEG osmoconditioning could remarkably decrease the exosmosis of seed inclusion, enhance and stabilize the activity of connected hydrolyzing enzymes and protecting enzymes in seeds that after imbibed under OX. condition during budding stage. Additionally, united with seed-pelleting technique, osmoconditioning could remarkably increase germination percentage, predate seedling's transplant, improve seedling's quality when met with imbitional chilling injury in field.
