摘 要: | 综采是全部机械化的采煤作业过程,各设备间的相互配套是能否实现高产高效的前提。针对薄煤层工作面的复杂条件并结合赵官煤矿2701薄煤层工作面,根据2701工作面煤层的赋存特征、顶底板条件、生产技术要求,优化配套参数,确定出最优配套方案。2701工作面三机配套的成功使用对薄煤层滚筒采煤机综采工作面的选型配套具有重要的参考价值。

The Study on the Three Machines Optimization Matching of Drum Shearer Fully -mechanized Mining Equipments in the Thin Coal Seam |

Abstract: | The fully-mechanized mining is the process of all machine mining operations,so that the devices matching each other is the premise of high yield.Thin-seam mining conditions are very special,more demanding on equipments.Faced with the complexity for thin seam conditions and combined with 2701 workface in Zhaoguan coal mine,the first according to the occurrence characteristics of 2701 coal face,roof and floor conditions and production technology requirements,selecting the three machines;then matching to the matching parameters to determine the most excellent matching program.The success of three machines matching provides an important reference value for the selection and matching of the drum shearer fully-mechanized thin coal workface. |
