烟草产量的遗传及其与光合特性关系的研究

摘    要:1988~1990年对烟草的4个品种、4个杂种F1代、2组合的F2代及回交世代的单株地上部生物产量鲜重、单株经济产量鲜重、单株经济产量干重的遗传及其与烟叶PnPr的相关研究表明:三个产量性状均具有很高的杂种优势,且均受多基因控制,其广义遗传力(hB2)达显著或极显著水平,狭义遗传力(hN2)也较高,并与PnPr呈正相关。根据以上结果,我们认为对烟草的产量性状可在较早世代进行选择,而且可通过对PnPr性状的选择来间接选择产量性状。

Abstract:Studies on the heredity of 3 characters of yield (Single plant fresh weight of biological yield, Single plant fresh weight of economic yield, Single Plant dry weight of economic yield) and relationship between the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) or photore spiration rate (Pr) in 2 hybridized combinations. The results were summarized as following:(1)The 3 yield characters were endowed with high hybrid vigor. (2)The inheritances of single plant yield were mainly controlled by polygenes. (3)The broad sense heritabilities (h) of 3 yield characters were significant or highly significant, and the narrow sense heritabilities (h) were high.(4)The correlation coefficients between Pn or Pr and the 3 yield characters were all positive.The results above indicate that selection for yield characters of tobacco could be done in early generation, and it is possible that the yield characters can be selected by selecting Pn or Pr character.
