盾构机推进液压系统仿真分析

摘    要:阐述了盾构机推进液压系统的原理,利用AMESim仿真工具对该系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,压力流量复合控制方式既可以进行压力闭环控制又可以进行流量闭环控制,从而减小压力和流量的波动,达到对推进压力和推进速度的实时控制的目的。

Abstract:The principle of the thrust hydraulic system was expounded,and simulation was carried out with the AMESim tool.The results show that,the flow and pressure compound control can control flow rate and pressure with closed loop control,which can reduce the flow rate and pressure fluctuation.Finally,the pressure and the speed of the thrust system could be controlled in real time.
