摘    要:为了监测钢筋或各种埋地管线的腐蚀情况,提出了基于金属腐蚀敏感膜的光纤腐蚀传感器.介绍了Fe-C合金膜光纤腐蚀传感器的原理.为了寻找其传感规律,用同一浓度的腐蚀溶液对不同厚度的金属膜进行腐蚀.以金属膜被腐蚀掉的百分比作为横坐标来记录光输出功率的变化.通过对实验数据的分析,基本找到了电镀获得的Fe-C合金膜在腐蚀溶液中的腐蚀规律.

Corrosion Test and Research on Sensing Performance of Optical Fiber Corrosion Sensor with Fe-C Alloy Film
Abstract:In order to monitor the corrosion of bar and kinds of buried pipeline, an optical fiber corrosion sensor based on corrosion-sensitive metal film was presented. The sensing principle was introduced. For finding out the sensor performance, it used corrosion solution with the same concentration to corrode alloy film with different thickness. The percentage of metal film eached off was as abscissa,and the change of luminous power was recorded. By analyzing the test result,this paper basically found out the corrosion law of Fe-C alloy film in the corrosion solution.
