Mn+1AXn三元层状陶瓷增强铜基复合材料的研究进展

摘    要:回顾了颗粒增强铜基复合材料的发展和常用颗粒增强相;简介了新型三元层状陶瓷材料Mn 1AXn,并将其主要成员与常用铜基复合材料增强相进行比较;介绍了Mn 1AXn陶瓷与铜的复合材料目前的研究进展;展望了该类复合材料的发展和应用前景.

Abstract:The development of particle reinforced Cu-matrix composites is reviewed. The new material family of ternary carbides or nitrides M_ n+1 AX_n is introduced,and the physical properties of Ti_3SiC_2/Ti_3AlC_2 /Ti_2SnC are compared with that of some reinforcement materials used in Cu-matrix composites. The current study status of the M_ n+1 AX_n/Cu composites is overviewed, and the development tendency of the new composites is pointed out.
